CANCELLATION POLICIES
For group bookings (of 10 passengers or greater) changes to numbers must be finalised 24 hours in advance.
Charter cancellation fee
8-30 days prior to cruise time - 50% of the vessel charter rate for the cruise.
3-7 days prior to cruise time - 100% of the vessel charter rate for the cruise.
Less than 24 hours’ notice - Full charter rate plus catering costs for final numbers.
No Show Policy
In the event of any booked passenger/s failing to appear at the Free Spirit at cruise time, the full ticket price will be charged and ticket forfeited.
